30-Day Return Policy

Changed your mind? No problem. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email contact@souledsnitch.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Instructions
    We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Pack Your Item
    Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back
    Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using tracked shipping.
  5. Refund Processed
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 working days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days!

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us at contact@souledsnitch.com with your order number
  • Specify the item you'd like to exchange and your preferred size/color
  • Return your original item following our return process
  • We'll ship your exchange item once we receive the return

Free Exchange: No additional shipping charges for exchanges within the UK

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotions

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

Note: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

  • UK Returns: Customers cover return shipping costs
  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: Free shipping on exchange items

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at contact@souledsnitch.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/faulty item
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Contact us at contact@souledsnitch.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll arrange a free return and send the correct item immediately.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  2. Contact your bank - processing times vary
